Quartz Wool BN111
Quartz Wool BN111 is an inorganic fiber material processed through special techniques from quartz fibers. It appears as a white, odorless, non-volatile, amorphous, and disordered cotton-like product with a silicon dioxide content ≥99.95%. Containing no binder, it presents in an amorphous, continuous, clustered, white fluffy form. The irregular length, shape, and arrangement of quartz fibers give them a curled appearance, preventing filler compression and enhancing insulation performance. It serves as an excellent alternative to high-silica fiber wool, ceramic fiber wool, and basalt fiber wool.

Excellent Dielectric Properties
Dielectric constant of only 3.74 and dielectric loss of merely 0.0002, making it an outstanding wave-transparent material at high temperatures.
Ultra-High Temperature Resistance
Long-term service temperature of 1050-1200°C with a softening point at 1700°C, offering excellent thermal shock resistance and extended service life.
Low Thermal Conductivity
Thermal expansion coefficient as low as 0.54×10-6/K, just one-tenth of ordinary glass fiber, providing both heat resistance and insulation.
High Strength
Tensile strength up to 6000 MPa (5 times that of high-silica fiber and 76.47% higher than E-glass fiber) with no surface microcracks.
Excellent Insulation
Resistivity ranging from 1×1018 Ω·cm to 1×106 Ω·cm between 20°C and 1000°C, making it an outstanding insulating material.
Good Processability
Amorphous, continuous, clustered, white fluffy form that’s easy to work with.
