1.Aramid Paper The Breakthrough Journey Industry
As a core category of high-performance specialty papers, aramid paper is widely utilized in critical sectors such as national defense, the military, and aerospace due to its exceptional combination of properties, including high-temperature resistance, flame retardancy, high strength, and lightweight characteristics.

2. Aramid Paper The “Gold Among Papers”: Extraordinary Performance and Ubiquitous Applications
Just how high is the “gold content” of aramid paper? Formally known as “Aromatic Polyamide Fiber Paper,” it is a high-performance material produced from aramid fibers through specialized processing techniques.
Capable of maintaining stability in extreme environments ranging from -200°C to 200°C,
it boasts a multitude of advantages including flame retardancy, high strength, lightweight properties, and superior electrical insulation.
Hailed as the “Gold Among Papers,” it serves as an indispensable key material in high-end manufacturing.
Two Core Types, Tailored for Diverse High-End Applications
Para-aramid Paper: The “King of Strength.”Possessing a tensile strength 5 to 6 times that of ordinary steel while having a density of only one-fifth that of steel, it serves as a core material for bulletproof vests and ballistic helmets.
Furthermore, its excellent electrical insulation properties make it a critical enabler for the “lightweighting and high-performance” upgrades of high-end equipment.
Meta-aramid Paper: The “Master of Heat Resistance.”Capable of withstanding extreme temperatures exceeding 200°C and notably neither burning nor dripping when exposed to flames it is the material of choice for fire-retardant suits, firefighting masks, and high-temperature filtration media.
It is also ideally suited for applications such as transformer insulation and high-temperature-resistant components in nuclear power equipment.

3. From Fiber Dispersion to Hot-Press Molding
Aramid paper is produced using a specific ratio of chopped fibers (with a fineness of 1.5 denier and a length of 6 mm) to fibrid fibers specifically, a 3:2 ratio supplemented by the addition of 0.12% PEO processing aid.
Through a gradient processing technique involving sequential dispersion chopped fibers dispersed at 1,000 RPM followed by fibrid fibers dispersed at 2,000 RPM the process achieves a highly uniform distribution of fibers, thereby boosting the paper’s tensile strength by 30%.
During the hot-press molding stage, precise process parameters were established:
a temperature of 240°C, a pressure of 140 bar, a roller speed of 2 meters per minute, and a sequence of three hot-pressing cycles.
These parameters significantly enhance the uniformity of the paper’s density and its dimensional stability, resulting in a product qualification rate exceeding 98%.
This manufacturing process not only ensures that product performance meets required standards but also enables large-scale mass production.

4. Full-Chain Extension of the Aramid Paper Industry
A comprehensive product portfolio for has been established, encompassing two major series: para-aramid and meta-aramid.
Ranging in thickness from ultra-thin 0.025mm sheets to thicker 0.76mm varieties, the lineup comprises over 30 distinct models and more than 100 specific specifications, capable of meeting customized requirements across a wide array of application scenarios.
Specifically, the para-aramid paper series targets high-end sectors such as new energy and aerospace, while the meta-aramid paper series focuses primarily on the industrial environmental protection and electrical/electronics markets.
