Introduction
Our main product, carbon fiber wet-laid veil, is a multifunctional lightweight non-woven material.
With a unique wet forming process, the fixed-length chopped PAN-based carbon fibers will be randomly and uniformlyarranged, forming a multi-layer microporous network structure.
After the fibers are lapped and formed, an binder is applied to fix the fibers to provide necessary mechanical strength andsurface toughness. Through the adjustment of the binder formula and content, the bonding and resin compatibility can also be improved.
The wet-laid process carbon fiber veil produced is characterized by low grammage, it can be customized as low as 4gsm, ultra-light and ultra-thin felt with excellent dispersion effect.
